Nippon Paint Holdings Co., Ltd. announces that we received a notification from Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. on July 9, 2021 that we have met the listing maintenance standards for the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange based on the initial assessment of compliance with the listing requirements for the new market segment.

Based on this assessment result, we will proceed with the procedures for applying for listing on the Prime Market.
