Notice Regarding Relocation of Tokyo Head Office
Nippon Paint Holdings Co., Ltd., headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, will relocate its Tokyo Head Office from its current Kyobashi location in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, to the Shinagawa Season Terrace at Konan 1-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo. This move is scheduled to take place in either July or August of 2024.
In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, we have introduced new work styles, including remote work and staggered schedules, since 2020. Simultaneously, we are working towards a streamlined headquarters in line with our Asset Assembler model. This approach focuses on fostering robust growth within our current operations and strategic M&A endeavors based on autonomous and decentralized management.
The decision to move our Tokyo Head Office was a result of a thorough reassessment of the suitable facilities and the size required for our Tokyo Head Office. This decision was made after considering a range of factors, including the potential for enhanced collaboration due to our proximity to the Shinagawa district, which is in close vicinity to our Tokyo Office (Minami-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku), where the head offices of our operating companies in Japan are located.

Total Floor Area: Approximately 970㎡
The company's registered head office, as stipulated by the Companies Act, will continue to be located in Osaka.
