Nippon Paint Holdings Co., Ltd. (NPHD) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Nippon Paint Automotive Coatings Co., Ltd., has established a subsidiary, Nippon Paint Automotive Coatings (Czech) s.r.o., in the Czech Republic.

n European region, NPHD has its subsidiary, Nippon Paint (Europe) Ltd., as a regional headquarters. There are manufacturing and sales sites in United Kingdom, Turkey, Germany and France. The new subsidiary is aiming to expand automotive coatings business as well as to strengthen its presence in European market.

It will have a minor impact on the consolidated financial results of NPHD.
