Response to the Coronavirus Outbreak (Fifth Report)

-Donated approximately 40,000 medical masks to medical institutions in Japan-

Nippon Paint Holdings Co., Ltd. (NPHD; head office: Kita-ku, Osaka; Chairman, President, and CEO: Masaaki Tanaka) has established a Coronavirus Emergency Headquarters to confirm the health of employees worldwide, ensure workplace safety, establish business continuity plans, and take other actions.

In light of the difficulty in securing masks at medical institutions in Japan, NPHD has decided to donate approximately 40,000 medical masks (surgical masks and N95-type masks) obtained from NPHD group companies around the world to approximately 70 medical institutions in Japan. It is expected to be shipped to each health care provider by the end of this month.

We will continue to provide support to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection in Japan and other countries around the world.
