Notes:
１: The total amount of compensation, etc. above is prescribed as consolidated compensation, etc. (total amount of compensation, etc. paid by the Company and subsidiaries). Regarding the total amount of compensation, etc. for Executive Officers, the amounts in the parentheses indicate the total amount of compensation, etc. paid by the Company. Regarding the amounts of compensation, etc. for Directors (excluding Independent Directors) and Independent Directors, the total amount of consolidated compensation, etc. is the total amount of compensation, etc. paid by the Company.
２: Directors, who concurrently serve as Executive Officers, are not included in the number of Directors because they are not paid compensation as Directors.
３: The number of Directors excludes Director Goh Hup Jin who does not receive compensation.
４: Job-based compensation includes allowances for committee memberships and other roles paid to Directors.
５: Performance-linked compensation is the total amounts expensed in FY2023.
６: The amount of Long-term incentives is the total amount expensed in FY2023.
