Notice of a Change in the Redevelopment Project for the Tokyo Office

Nippon Paint Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) announces a change in the redevelopment project for the Tokyo Office (4-1-15, Minami Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo) from the plan announced on October 25, 2019.

Our initial plan was to establish the Tokyo Head Office with global head office functions in the Tokyo Office. However, our employees’ working styles have changed drastically due to the COVID-19 pandemic, such as working from home taking root. As a result, we have decided to establish the Research Institute with the latest technology and research facilities instead and cancel the plan to build the Tokyo Head Office building.

There will be no changes to the location and functions of the existing Tokyo Head Office and the Osaka Head Office.
