(Updates to previously disclosed information) Notice of Completion of Acquisition of Shares of India-Based Paint Manufacturers Nippon Paint (India) Private Limited and Berger Nippon Paint Automotive Coatings Private Limited as Subsidiaries

As we previously announced in our “Notice Regarding Acquisition of Shares of India-Based Paint Manufacturers Nippon Paint (India) Private Limited and Berger Nippon Paint Automotive Coatings Private Limited as Subsidiaries” (the “Acquisition”) on August 29, 2023, we like to further update that we have completed the acquisition and payment for the shares of these India-based paint manufacturers on November 16, 2024.

1. Outlook

We expect that the impact of the Acquisition on our consolidated earnings will be negligible.
