Overview

Safety and community support are the foundations of a sustainable business. At Nippon Paint Pakistan, we are committed to protecting our employees inside the workplace while actively supporting the neighborhoods where we operate. Through a range of initiatives, we continue to strengthen both workplace safety and community connection.

Emergency Readiness on the Factory Floor

Safety is a shared responsibility at every level. At the Nippon Paint Pakistan factory, Rescue 1122 was invited to deliver a comprehensive safety training session. Our teams gained essential emergency response skills, including first aid measures and fire safety protocols, reinforcing our commitment to building a resilient and safe work environment. Honoring Loyalty and Ambition

The community spirit of Nippon Paint Pakistan is also reflected in how we celebrate our people. Nippon Paint Pakistan kicked off 2026 with a New Year Cake Cutting Ceremony and a vibrant Annual Gala, a formal internal event for employee recognition and engagement.

From recognizing long-serving employees to celebrating the Umrah ballot winners, a pilgrimage to Mecca in Islam, these moments highlight that our growth is powered by a community of dedicated professionals.

The Pulse of Creativity

Nippon Paint Pakistan proudly supported SheMatters PULSE 2026, an event centered on vibrant energy and community connection.

As part of the event, the team hosted a hands-on pot-painting activity, giving families the opportunity to experience the safety and ease of our water-based paints firsthand. More than just a craft session, it became a space for meaningful interaction—bringing joy to families while highlighting the role of color in mental wellbeing.
