Yuichiro Wakatsuki began his career at The Industrial Bank of Japan, Limited (currently Mizuho Bank, Ltd.) and Schroders Japan Limited, and in 2000 joined Merrill Lynch Japan Securities Co., Ltd. (currently BofA Securities Japan Co., Ltd.). For a number of years, he led the company’s M&A advisory services, including M&A strategy and fund procurement of clients, as the Head of Japan Mergers and Acquisitions, Head of Japan Investment Banking, Director, and Vice Chairman. In 2019, he joined Nippon Paint Holdings and in 2020 was appointed Senior Managing Corporate Officer and CFO, overseeing corporate planning, finance & accounting, public relations, investor relations, and M&A. He was appointed Representative Executive Officer & Co-President of Nippon Paint Holdings on April 28, 2021 and Director, Representative Executive Officer & Co-President in March 2022.

Wee Siew Kim was appointed as the Representative Executive Officer & Co-President on April 28, 2021 and as a Director of Nippon Paint Holdings in March 2022. He is concurrently the Group Chief Executive Officer of NIPSEA Group, a wholly owned partner company of the Nippon Paint Group. Prior to his current position, he was Deputy CEO and President (Defense Business) of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd. He started his career with Singapore Technologies in 1984 as an engineer at Singapore Aircraft Industries Pte. Ltd., the predecessor company of Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd. He was educated at Raffles Institution, followed by the Imperial College of Science and Technology in London where he received a Bachelor of Science (Aeronautical Engineering) (Hons) degree. This was followed by an MBA at Stanford University. He was a Member of Parliament in Singapore from 2001 to 2011.

Eric Chung is the CEO of Nippon Paint China, currently heading all its business units in Greater China. He held managerial roles in two subsidiary companies of Master Kong Holdings Co. Ltd. before joining Nippon Paint China in 2007. Armed with a clear business vision, he has spearheaded company-wide transformation in areas of corporate strategy, image, branding and product technology. He has also expanded Nippon Paint’s scope, overseeing its evolution from paint manufacturer to a provider of overall coating solutions. Under his leadership, Nippon Paint China has achieved more than double digit growth for the past 10 consecutive years.

Tay Lim Heng joined PT Nipsea Paint and Chemicals Indonesia in March 2023 and was appointed President Director in September 2023. Prior to joining PT Nipsea Paint and Chemicals, Tay held several executive positions, including CEO of Keppel Integrated Engineering Ltd, a diversified environment engineering company, CEO of Sino Singapore Tianjin Eco City Investment and Development Pte Ltd working on a project to build an eco-city that is green, smart, and sustainable, as well as Managing Director of Keppel Urban Solutions a company in the Keppel Corporation Group involved in end-to-end township development. Before the private sector, Tay served in the public sector. Among the appointments held, he was a Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of National Development (Singapore), Chief Executive of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore and he also served in the Ministry of Defence.
Tay has Bachelor (Honours) and Master degrees in Engineering Science and Economics from Oxford University and attended the Advance Management Program in Harvard Business School.

Tayfun Kucukoglu is the General Manager of Betek Boya Group. He has held various roles within Betek Boya, where he was a founding member in 1988 and is currently part of the Board of Directors since 1995. He also co-founded and helped make Filli Boya the market leader in 2001. He is acting as a pioneer member of the ETICS category in Turkiye. Kucukoglu is part of the founding committee at the Paint Manufacturers Association (BOSAD) established in 2003. Between 2015 and 2017, Kucukoglu served as the Chairman of the Board of Heat, Water, Sound and Fire Insulators Association (iZODER). Other positions he has helmed includes being the Chairman of the Board of Directors at IMSAD (Construction Materials Industry Association) since 2020.

Since joining JUB in 2003 he has progressed through a series of roles across general management, production and business development, amassing deep industry experience. Sašo has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Masters of Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Ljubljana, and also a Bachelor of Production Management from the University of Maribor.

After graduating from the University of Malaya with a degree in Science (Physics), Gladys Goh started her career at Unilever Malaysia and gained experience as a Group Brand Manager at Coca-Cola Far East Limited.
She joined Nippon Paint Malaysia in 2006 and rose to the rank of Group General Manager of Nippon Paint Malaysia Group, where she oversaw operations in over six countries within Asia and led the brand’s expansion into emerging markets such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the Philippines. In 2020, she assumed the role of Senior Vice-President, Strategic Innovation & Marketing at NIPSEA Group, overseeing Marketing, Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, Color Leadership, and strategic initiatives. In 2021, she was tasked with bringing business transformation to Nippon Paint Marine Coatings as Deputy President, and was appointed as the President of Nippon Paint Marine Coatings Co., Ltd. (NPMC) in 2024.

NPMC is the Group’s original business and marked its 140th anniversary in FY2021. NPMC manufactures and sells ship paints worldwide and operates a fully integrated supply system from building to repairing ships in Japan and overseas.
